Service to render DOAP as HTML

The Semantic Radar Firefox plugin allows people to choose a URL for a renderer for SCIOC and FOAF.

Make a simple service that takes a URL of DOAP and renders it via hDOAP/XSLT. That page will also let you view it as N3 (Notation 3) and syntax highlighted RDF/XML.

We can add a button to let them ping PingTheSemanticWeb if doapspace.org doesn't know about it.

I'll give a shot at doing the work on the Firefox plugin.
