PTSW is duplicating some RDF, example:

http://semanticplanet.com/2004/07/carp/doap.rdf http://www.semanticplanet.com/2004/07/carp/doap.rdf

Now that we have md5 checksum code, we can get compare the md5 with existing DOAP and not bother with the URL?
